Reviews & Ratings mariasilvasto2358 from Finland stayed here on 11th May 2010 It was very clean, but old, shaggy, worn off, no curtains at windows, everything was not very nice.. hard to explain. | Female 31-40 | luciomagno from Czech Republic stayed here on 09th May 2010 NOT RECOMMENDED. | Couple 31-40 | maciejgorczynski2344 from Poland stayed here on 26th May 2010 Accomodation was a little surprising, because there's wasnt an apopriate staff, only one older women, very pleasant but confused as well. She led as on another street near Kozi and just gave us keys to a quite confortable single room (clean bathroom, little kitchen /without cooker/, tv set, hifi). Tht location is great, in the heart of old town, amids synagogues and near Kafkas monument, a five minute walk to market. In general: everything was allright. Maciej | Couple 31-40 | lanjohe6878 from Chile stayed here on 04th July 2010 I always read these reviews so have finally decided to add one myself.I've been staying at the hostel on and off for over a year now and have found it a very clean and friendly place to stay. The staff are very welcoming and always asking how they can help. | Female 31-40 | rohminge2652 from Peru stayed here on 22nd July 2010 Great hostel with very helpful staff who helped us with everything we needed, from finding the best bars in town to ordering lift to airportGreat security
| 31-40 | Jonathan from USA stayed here on 24th March 2010 The staff is rarely if ever there. My room had bed bugs, but when I tried to notify the staff, no one was to be found. I gave up on trying to contact them and left early. AVOID THIS HOSTEL. While the location is great, right near old town square, it's not worth the conditions... Read Owner Comments | Male 25-30 | gregyung3591 from USA stayed here on 01st April 2010 If you only need a room with a good location then this might work. But there is only shower for everyone, and there was consistently no toilet paper which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Plus, no staff except when someone arrives. | Male 25-30 | paulsurma9873 from England stayed here on 25th March 2010 i thought it was great, the ownerwas brilliant, so very helpful and very welcoming with info about the city, it made staying fantastic | Male 25-30 | dietjoh17694 from Switzerland stayed here on 03rd April 2010 When I travel I always look for small hostels placed in the midle of historical city. I don\'t need expensive room with tv ,jacuzi, restaurants, bars etc. What I need is clean room, hot shover and tons of informations. In this place are a fabulous location, extraordinarily warm owners as the front staff, and rooms that are not new ,but clean When I check in they spend with me more then 1hour to give me allinfomations what I want, there is no place I\'d rather stay. | Male 25-30 | ushhh531454 from Denmark stayed here on 04th April 2010 We stayed in the "sisterbuilding" to the real hostel. Our floor had no light in the hallways, so had to use a flashlight to get in at night!! Otherwise the room was fine, but in a seperate building. Not the place to live if you wish to meet other travellers.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and made checkout etc. very easy. Location is great, very nice part of town. | Couple 25-30 |
