The couple that owns this place was very nice to us! There was a note welcoming us because they weren't there when we arrived and they ended up giving us an additional room connected to ours that had a kitchen and terrace. It was great. The place is a bit far (10-15 min bus ride) from the old town, but the his stop is right outside and it goes about once every ten minutes. Also, copacabana beach is within walking distance (10 min.). We would definitely recommend this place :)

An apartment managed by a very nice couple in a very convenient location, (10 minutes from the beach and side by side with a bus stop with frequent buses to old town), very good conditions in the apartment

Very nice people, willing to give all possible information, very attentive, everything very clean and the room is a small apartment, with all the dishes, all excellent, I would go back even with my wife, I have 71 years. Luckily speak in English, which is a tremendous help.

This is a nice, quiet, family run guesthouse. Had a fridge and kitchen to use. 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy bus to the center.

Guesthouse Stipe's facilities were basic as expected from the price but really clean and provided everything we needed for a lovely stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is very close to beaches and restaurants, with really easy access to old town dubrovnik on the bus and walking distance from port for island trips. The guesthouse hosts were lovely and put every effort into helping and advising us ensuring we got the most from our trip. We would thoroughly recommend staying at this fantastic hostel!

We had a beautiful time and weekend, thanks to those pleasant people that did they very best to make our stay as comfort as possible. Great welcome - the lady made a quite tasty cake for welcome, very clean room, there is everything you need for everyday and even better, air-conditioned room which isn't always case to have such. In one word - fabulous.

This accomadation was great. We had our own kitchen which was really nice. The owners were really helpful and not only did they pick us up from the bus terminal but they dropped us off at the ferry port when we left. The owners wife even brought us little cakes. It was great. Woudl definitely stay here again.

I have had an excellent stay at Guesthouse Stipe.Great location, very very safe and the cleanest place I have stayed. The owner is nicest and most helpful person you will meet on your trip! The price is also great. Feels like home.. Would definately stayed there again and again.I highly recommend you stay here!!! Thanks a lot!

This apartment was great! I normally never write reviews, but I feel compelled to let everyone know how great this apartment was. The family is great and the apartments are in perfect order. I did read a previous review that stated the apartment was not safe, but that is not true at all. The bus stop is only a one minute walk and they picked us up at the ferry port. We actually decided to stay two extra nights in Dubrovnik and continued our stay at Stipe!

Worst accomodation in our 30 days trip! Bad communication skills! Provided wrong travelling information to Mljet! Not safe at all! They will knock yr door impolitely at night and ask u pay rent! They even entered the room secretly early in the morning to check the equipment loudly when we were still sleeping, which woke us up. They kept knocking the door to hurry us to leave the room when it is just about the check out time! I wondered if those positive comments are fake or not!   Read Owner Comments
